1. Artworks & Intellectual Property
All artworks, designs, and images on this website are the sole property of Moran Art. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited. Purchasing an artwork conveys the physical piece to the buyer but does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

2. Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your acquisition.

• Return Period:
  You may return an item within 30 days of receipt.

• Conditions:
  The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect, original condition.

• Return Shipping:
  The cost of return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.

• Refund Amount:
  While we offer Free Shipping on your initial purchase, these logistics and handling costs are absorbed by the gallery. Therefore, in the event of a return, the original shipping and handling costs incurred by the gallery will be deducted from your total refund.

• Exclusions: Please note that Custom Orders (including specific dimensions, personalized formats, or Upgraded Premium Prints with hand-painted details) are unique, made-to-order pieces and cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Shipping, Packaging & Damage

• Our Commitment:
  We take the utmost care in preparing your artwork for transit. Every piece is handled with professional care and secured in specialized, high-quality packaging designed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

• Customs & Taxes:
  Any local customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

• Damaged Goods:
  In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged despite our specialized packaging, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the damage to both the artwork and the packaging so we can arrange a replacement or a full refund.

• Responsibility: 
  Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including a valid contact phone number for the international courier service."

4. Secure Payment
All transactions are processed securely via PayPal. Your financial information is handled by the payment processor and is never stored on our servers.
